PRIORITY AMBULANCE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

Take the financial stress out of calling an ambulance

Priority Ambulance understands that medical transportation can be an unexpected, costly expense. To help safeguard your family against unforeseen medical expenses, we offer an affordable annual subscription plan.

Priority Ambulance’s subscription program covers the out-of-pocket costs of deductibles or co-pays for medically necessary transports. Our subscription program is not health insurance and does not replace your primary insurance. In the event of a medical emergency, a subscriber’s primary insurance would be billed. Any additional balances, deductibles or co-pays not covered by the insurance for services deemed medically necessary by a physician would be covered by Priority Ambulance’s subscription agreement.

Join the Priority Ambulance care network, and let us help you protect your family in an emergency.

WHY PRIORITY AMBULANCE?

Our caring, professional EMTs and paramedics are local residents dedicated to serving their hometown friends and neighbors. We specialize
in safety and comfort. Priority Ambulance’s emergency vehicles carry the latest in life-saving equipment and are stocked with hypoallergenic pillows and blankets and even a DVD player for longer trips. Through our local offices in Knox, Blount and Loudon counties, we provide efficient, effective ambulance transport services.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

At an annual rate of $65 per household*, you and your family can be prepared.

* Household is defined as subscriber and spouse, or single-parent subscriber, and unmarried children under the age of 26 living at the home. Other persons can be added at an additional cost.

WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Priority Ambulance’s subscription program covers out-of-pocket costs of deductibles and co-pays for medically necessary transports by Priority Ambulance. This includes:

    • 911 emergency medical response
    • Nonemergency transport authorized as medically necessary by a physician

Our subscription program is not health insurance and does not replace primary insurance. Health insurance, however, does not pay 100 percent of your bill. After the subscriber’s primary insurance is billed, a Priority Ambulance annual subscription will cover additional balances, deductibles or co-pays for services deemed medically necessary by a physician.
